Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Subscription Term

• Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months (3 deliveries).
• Early cancellation is not permitted during this initial term.
• It is possible to pause your subscription during this 3 month period but it is not possible to cancel it.

2. Subscription Discount

• Subscribers receive a 5% discount on all meal box orders while their subscription is active.

3. Order Cut-Off & Default Selection

• Orders must be confirmed by 12am (midnight) on Tuesday to be shipped the following Wednesday.
• If no meal selections are made before the cut-off, a default box will be sent based on your previous
  preferences or our seasonal selection.

4. Changing Your Meal Selection

• You can change your meal selection by logging into your account and choosing from the available meal options. Changes can only be made after 2 months.
• After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your subscription account details.
• All changes must be made before the Tuesday 12am cut-off.

5. Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription

• After the initial 3 month term, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations must be made before the order cut-off (12am Tuesday) to avoid being charged and shipped for that week.
• Any cancellations made after the cut-off will apply from the next cycle onward.

6. Billing & Payment

• Payments are processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis 
• You will receive an order confirmation and receipt for each billing cycle.

7. Delivery

• Deliveries are handled by DPD and typically arrive within 48 hours of shipping.
• Deliveries cannot be rescheduled once shipped.
• All orders are packed in Sealed Air Guard Temp Packaging with Cool Packs, keeping your food fresh and safe for up to 48 hours.
